Phoenix's award-winning integrated Corporate Social Responsibility programme, LIFE (Leadership in the marketplace, Investing in our people, Fostering our community and Environmental responsibility), was developed to provide an overarching framework for our range of initiatives that make a positive difference to the marketplace, workplace, environment and community.
We are delighted to have, for the sixth year running, received national recognition for our efforts by collecting a Business In The Community ‘Big Tick’ award for CSR excellence. This year we were the only company in Northern Ireland to have won the Big Tick award for our 'Impact on Society'.
